Hale’s Bar
Anne and I went off to Harrogate for a night. I was speaking at Convergence Summit North and manning the ITSPA stand. The plan was to meet Phippo for early doors and then head back to the conference social whilst Anne and he went for a meal. We met in Hale’s Bar – oldest pub in Harrogate and still illuminated by gaslights.
I got back to the room before Anne! We had “started early” at the show by blagging some champagne of the UKFast stand 🙂
Dinner was mass produced fish and chips and a few other “Yorkshire” odds and sods. A good time was generally had. Big thanks to Guy Miller of TalkTalk business for the ticket to the bash.
